I'm planning on starting wire-wrapping soon for what little bits of jewelry I make, and this was helpful in getting an understanding of what I'll be doing! (Though I doubt I'll be trying anything that fancy soon ^^; )

:) i'm very happy if my tuts can help you :)
I'm self taught too, i understand that it looks a bit scary for the first time, but it's easier than it looks :)
i hope you'll enjoy wire wrapping, and show us what you create :)

Hm, I have a question, and I hope it is not to stupid... ^^; What does the "20G" for the wire mean? I am German and know wire only given in "mm" (Milimeter).

We use mms too, I mostly use german craft wires by Rayher :)
20 G = 0.8 mm
