I (and my hands) had to recover a bit after that art show, but now i'm back :)

This time inspiration knocked on my mind's door while re-reading LOTR.
'Nimrodel was an Elven-maid of Lórinand (Lothlórien).
She was the beloved of Amroth, last Silvan Elf-lord of Lórinand. She lived near a river in a tree-house, but when a Balrog appeared in Moria, she left for Edhellond to join her lover Amroth and leave Middle-earth for Valinor. However, she was lost after crossing the Ered Nimrais. The river near her dwelling-place was later named in her honor. ' (wikipedia)

Materials used:
silver plated wire, glass and swarovksi crystals.
i've lightly oxidized it to show the wire-wrapping and to add a nice mystical touch to the necklace.

The total length of the necklace is 42 cm (cca. 16,5 inches), adjustable in the two sides.
The focal glass bead in the wire-wrapped bezel measures 3 cm in diameter (cca. 1,25 inches)

Oh wowww. Soo pretty and intricate, as usual! I especially love the clasp. It's difficult to make them stand out too! What a downright beautiful necklace.

Once again, awesome. I am doing some wire work on my Sandal Tales gamma version and I can kinda see how the work gets a little easier with each design you do. Maybe it will not take me long to get going.

But of course I will have to stick with Aluminum, Brass, and Copper for my wire because of finances and my wasteful experimentations.

The darker metal makes the blue really pop on this. Gorgeous!!
